She is CEO and founder of HAPPY MINDS, a communication and marketing agency specialising in branding destination projects and influencer marketing.

Expert in Destination Marketing and Management, she works with several tourism departments and tourist promotion agencies (Valle d’Aosta, Liguria, Piedmont, Turin, Reggio Emilia, Arenzano, Ravenna, Rimini) to develop products, marketing plans, promotion strategies and branding destinations.

She conceived the marketing and tourism promotion formats Get Your Liguria Experience and Travelart Liguria for Agenzia inLiguria, Romagna Welcome – Get Your Rimini Experience for Hotel Promotion, and the Italian Beauty Experience strategy for the Municipality of Ravenna combining the creation of experiential tourism products with storytelling, gamification and influencer marketing strategies.

She created the Ravenna Brand Index research, destination reputation analysis, Travel Young Travel Different, on tourism of the millennia, Hospitality Tales, storytelling in tourism promotion, Travel By People, influencer marketing in tourism promotion of Italian regions.

Consultant for IT.A.CÀ, Festival of Responsible Tourism, she manages and organises the Ravenna part of the IT.A.C.À Festival.

She teaches several training courses, and teaches Governance and Destination Management at the Master in Languages, Intercultural Communication and Tourism Management at Roma TRE University.
