He obtained a Degree in Economics and Commerce at the University of Modena. He then obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Strategy at the Il Sole 24 Ore business school and frequented a Master’s Degree in Project Management at GE.MA in Rome.
Creator of the WITAPP project, he has many years of managerial experience in the consulting and professional training sector and in the field of public utilities.
From 2007 to 2014 he was Director General of AKREA SPA, a publicly-owned company that deals with local public services, among which solid urban waste, management of regulated parking, local taxes, public green areas and technical assistance for complex programs.
He has held managerial positions in various private companies and has coordinated numerous research projects both nationally and internationally. He is the author of numerous publications in the field of economic research in collaboration with other researchers.
